Designed for the Community

Project Washington has entered into a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) with 20 labor unions that are local to Delaware. The signing of the PLA solidifies Project Washington’s dedication to high-skilled, local labor. The PLA collectively represents over 4,800 union members.
No disturbance to wetlands or wildlife.
Thoughtful landscaping and visual buffers.
Modern architecture integrated with the surrounding environment.

The site sits within an existing industrial corridor, buffered by major transportation infrastructure, and includes 40% preserved open space, which is twice what code requires. All dedicated onsite electrical infrastructure will be onsite and privately fundedpaid for by the developer, leveraging the existing 500kV transmission line that bisects the site to minimize public infrastructure upgrades and costs.
